Heavy work-load? Stress is normal; uncertainty about future? Fear and worry is normal.

Is it really?

From today, we must stop defining fear, anxiety, anger, worry, stress as “Normal.” Today, let’s redefine “normal”. Being joyful is normal, expressing gratitude, love and care for one another is normal, being in a state of bliss is normal.

One new definition can change how we make our day to day choices, how we make happiness the new normal, regardless of when the external circumstances do not go our way. Slowly, the world around you will become more blissful, because you are choosing bliss, peace, and happiness.
